It Will Be Expensive To Live In The Rebuilt Amber Park Condos

However, for condominiums, a renovation means more than just changing how it looks. Sometimes, renovating means changing the entirety of the structure and the services it offers.

In Singapore, there are a lot of ongoing renovations and building constructions. Despite the limited space of the city, developers still manage to incorporate new and innovative ideas to their establishments. And one good example of this is the recent Amber Park redevelopment.

  • Old Amber Park previously offers only 3-bedroom and penthouse units
  • Buyers can now choose from 1-bedroom to 5-bedroom units, some with a study included
  • Only 4 penthouse units are available

Though the developers haven’t announced the Amber Park price yet, it is already expected that the prices are high. It’s pretty much understandable, what with all the additional fixtures and maximization of the views.

To sum it up, you’re paying not only for the space you’re occupying, but also the scenic views the condo offers.
